    Limoux, France
    This wine epitomizes the style of bubbles that are crafted in Limoux. Elegant yet powerful on the palate, it has beautifully balanced flavors of brioche, honey and fresh fruits leading to a long finish. The special bottle used was created in honor of the "Brut Original", the first sparkling wine made in Limoux.

White

  • Bodegas Nodus En la Parra Blanco 2018 $25

    Valencia, Spain
    "En la Parra" has two meanings in this part of Spain - it means "on the Vine" but also colloquially "Day-Dreaming". Organically made at their Finca "El Renegado" it is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Moscatel. The result is delicious; a bright, floral hit of soft fruit along with hints of crisp apple and pear.

  • Felline Bianchi Marini Fiano 2017 $28

    Puglia, Italy
    Gregory Perrucci is pioneering in every way. He was the first to champion the Fiano grape in the Puglia region, previously only used to produce cheap bulk wine. A blend of 70% Fiano Campano and 30% Fiano Minutolo, it offers notes of white flowers and peach with a salty aftertaste reminding you of its coastal home.

    Kremstal, Austria
    The grapes are biodynamically produced and come mainly from the Wolfsgraben vineyard with its south-exposed terraces and cool micro-climate. Citrus and herbal aromas with typical spicy Vetliner notes and hints of white pepper. The palate has mineral and flint, oriental spice and fresh citrus acidity on the finish.

    Pascal Janvier never planed on becoming a vigneron. Though his parents had vineyard land of their own, he went to school to learn butchery. However, Pascal made a sudden about-face at the age of thirty. An airy citrus-driven Chenin with summertime written all over it - super fresh and subtly floral.

    The Mocali estate has been owned by the Ciacci family since the 1950's. Their gorgeous Tuscan vineyards are farmed sustainably to give us delicious, ripe and balanced wines. it's a small estate sheltered by pine and oak forests that also houses two olive groves. Medium-bodied and earthy with notes of brambly red fruit.

  • Luberri Orlegi Rioja 2017 $32

    Rioja, Spain
    Orlegi is a return to the traditional light, fruit-forward wines of Rioja Alavesa. Utilizing whole-cluster fermentation for some of the grapes and indigenous yeasts, this is a classic, young Tempranillo from Rioja for everyday drinking featuring tart red-plum and raspberry flavors cut by lasting acidity.

  • Ferraton Cotes du Rhone Rouge Samorens 2016 $35

    Rhone Valley, France
    A blend of Grenache and Syrah (50/50), the grapes are sourced from vineyards on the left bank of the Rhone River, grown on alluvial and gravelly soils. Displaying layers of dark spices and earth that uplift the mixed red and black fruits, this medium to full-bodied beauty has no hard edges, silky tannin and a great finish.

    Featuring the typical clay/limestone soil of the region but with veins of iron schist and numerous natural springs beneath the vineyards, Clos Bourbon is a wine of intensity and complexity exhibiting juicy black currant and cedar notes complemented by naturally high acidity, incredible balance and great structure.

    Wabi-Sabi is the Japanese idea of "perfectly imperfect/" As such, this natural wine pays homage to the amazingly quaffable table of wines of Europe with its fresh, tart flavor and lighter-bodied nature. 36% Syrah, 28% Carignane, 18% Zinfandel, 6% Pinot Noir, 6% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Tempranillo.

  • Domaine Les Eminades Sortilege Saint-Chinian 2016 $69

    Languedoc, France
    Luc and Patricia Bettoni farm 14 hectares of vines nestled amongst the garrigue-covered hills above the village. This is an intriguing wine reminiscent of Northern Rhone Syrah. Dark with notes of violets, smoked meat, spice, herbs and Montmorency cherry, "sortilege" is aged in large barrels to build a smoky, rich flavor.
